• The project objective is to invest in Jeddah real estate and create a solid income stream by developing and operating high-end mixed-use project in a prime location in Jeddah. This would be achieved by developing a state of the art two towers contents of luxury service apartments with Medical Clinics, Retail Outlets, alongside a luxury banquet and Cafes to become a destination for visitors seeking high end accommodation, fine dining and celebration.

• This project will be developed over one plot with total size of 14,771m² located on Hera street, in Al-Salama District, Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


This Project is located in Jeddah city, Al Khaldiah District- Sari street, with a 3,563 square meters plot area and three roads around, closed to King Abdulaziz road, the site designed as unlimited mixed use. Capital Tower is composed of a Luxury hotel apartments, offices, restaurants and retails, Ballroom. Our design approach for this building, to create a unique and landmark building with a contemporary design and environmentally responsible.


DYAR ALHAIFA’A are a residential complex built with 12 separated villas, located in a prime location at north of Jeddah, in Al-Mohammadiyah district.

This project built over one plot with total size of 5,250 m².

All villas designed and built to achieve the Saudi family’s requirements for living and rest and the modern lifestyle, executed with a high-end finishing material, and full of privacy.

The approximate areas for each villa are 520 m2, distributed on two floors and penthouse, in addition to the landscaping area for each villa.


DYAR SARA are a residential furnished apartments compound. For small middle eastern expat families with medium to high income.

The project contains 48 buildings plus 2 buildings as club houses

Each building built with 3 floors (Ground, First, Roof) and 1 apartment per floor (total 144 units)

Each unit between 1 to 3 bedrooms with open kitchen.

Car parking for each apartment in front of the building.
